With over 30 years in business, we have successfully served the Pennsylvania real estate market, providing quality service and smooth transactions for property buyers and sellers. Sean Lafferty
President of Premier Settlements
With over fifteen years in the real estate and finance industries, Sean applied his leadership development skills in building his team to become the "go-to" firm in the real estate industry.
Second Generation Owner
Sean learned early on from his father, Allen, to make the closing transaction as smooth as possible. Allen's experience, combined with Sean's management background, has allowed Premier to grow.
Lancaster County Native
Sean graduated from Gordon College (Wenham, MA), where he played soccer and studied Business and Finance. He returned to his hometown and began his career in banking before managing Premier. He resides in Lampeter with his three boys where he enjoys playing and coaching soccer, camping, fellowship with his friends, riding his Harley, and playing guitar.

In 2016 Premier hired an entire new team to build the company's foundation for the future. Together they were able to change the company's entire process in order to better service their clients and partners, growing Premier to be leading title company in Central Pennsylvania.
Allen and Tina Lafferty
Allen and Tina Lafferty founded Premier Settlements in 1993. With over 40 years of experience in the real estate market, they have made it a goal to provide the best service and team to the central Pennsylvania real estate market. “Buying property is one of the biggest decisions people make, and its important their transaction is as easy as possible”, says Allen.
Allen and Tina have three children and nine grand children and currently reside in Lititz, PA.
